And along came Medha

All our Bollywood heroes seem to attracting a lot of publicity these days. With Sallu's jail rendezvous, John breaking bikes n bones, Saif with a broken bone, Hrithik turning dad and Aamir saving the Narmada river. I wonder what Shah Rukh Khan has to say about all this.

However when it comes to Aamir, it is sad to see someone take up a cause and then get crucified for it. In the West celebrities like Bono have taken up causes related from AIDS to Africa and their governments dare not mess with them. The Gujarat governments ban on Aamirs movies is in such bad taste.

Until now all our major movie stars shied away when it came to working for a cause. When Lance Armstrong launched his cancer awareness campaign, a million different campaigns bore fruit. It didnt take much time for a Bollywood celebrity to be associated from causes ranging from osteoporosis (Celina Jaitley), cancer (Aishwariya Rai), anti-tobacco (Urmila Matondkar) to tuberculosis (Akshay Kumar).

Aamir and the cast of RDB(supporting the NBA) deserved to be called heroes. It is easy to get a few pictures clicked of yourself in the tabloids and give a few interviews voicing your support for a million causes. But it is not easy to take on a government risking your whole career. Way to go Aamir!!!

Aamir is doing the right thing.. Heard him talk on a show yesterday.. He seems to be doing it for a purpose.. There were accusations abt this being a publicity stunt.. to which he replied saying that if this was a stunt, he could have well and truly done it before the release of RDB..
I am proud of what Aamir is doing. Way to go, Aamir!!

And Daly's jovial attitude is back. discount pro shop There are others who just want to hit the ball as far as they can hit it. In his final five holes, Lowery had a birdie on the par-5 14th after getting up and down from a water hazard, a hole-out eagle on the par-4 15th and hole-out double eagle on the par-5 17th (6-iron from 200 yards). You know, a football player, you can get two broken hands, they just tape you up and you go play because you can work around them.
