Finding Neverland.

Saturday I watched ‘Finding Neverland’ and I fell in love with this movie.
This is the perfect movie to watch on a rainy day, and especially if you have no work.



'Finding Neverland' is the story of how playwright J.MBarrie found the inspiration to write the story of Peter Pan.

Barrie (Johnny Depp) is an acclaimed playwright who is tired with the dull and verbose plays he has written and is on the look out for some inspiration. One day at the park he meets the family of Sylvia Llewelyn Davies (Kate Winslet), a widow and mother of four.
Barrie becomes a close friend of the Davies family and introduces the boys into a whole new world of pirates and Indians.

Barrie soon becomes a close friend of all the boys except Peter, who is still mourning the death of his father and is upset because of his Mother’s mysterious illness. And it is through Peter that Barrie finds the inspiration for one of his greatest works.



There are some very beautiful moments in this movie, especially between Barrie and Peter. I guess if I write more about this film I would spoil all its magic!

Watched ‘Parineeta’. The movie is well made but I really wish the ending wasn’t so
amateur. It is as if some avant garde dish you have been served turns out to be jello!
